Pet Policy

Yes! 1230 Elm is an animal-friendly community accepting cats, dogs, and select small animals.

Up to two pets per apartment. Dogs must weigh under 50 lbs, and certain breed restrictions apply.

Pet rent is charged monthly at $50 per dog and $25 per cat or other approved animal. Pet rent is non-refundable and charged per pet.

1230 Elm offers multiple parking options, including surface lots, garage parking, and city-permitted street parking.

    • 50 Dow Street: Surface lot parking located at the 900 Degrees parking lot.

  2. Garage Parking (Within the Building)

    • Secure garage parking is available at 1230 Elm Street for an additional monthly cost.

    • Please contact our leasing staff for current availability or to be added to the waitlist.

  3. Purple Residential Zone Parking (City Permit Required)

    • Street parking is available within the Purple Zone (10-Hour Limit Zone) for residents with a City Residential Parking Permit, available for $55/month.

    • Proof of residency is required (a current lease is the preferred document).
